COMPRESSION MOULDING

TPI’s subsidiary Southern Electroplastics (P) Ltd. (SEPL) is an industry leader in high-quality compression and transfer moulding of thermoset plastics . The company was started in the year 1973 to cater to the automotive and electrical industries. SEPL provides a wide range of services starting from mould design, mould manufacture, production, assembly and much more. We can mould your parts using DMC, SMC, PF, UF and specialize in the manufacture of insert moulded components.

TPI has 12 hydraulic machines ranging from 60 Tons to 150 Tons. All the machines are less than 6 years old.

Auxiliary Equipment	Pelleting machines, High frequency pre-heaters, ovens , post-moulding paint booth, drilling and tapping machines.
Materials Processed	PF (Glass and Wood filled), UF, DMC and SMC.
Total Factory Area	7500 sq. ft
New Additions	To cater to increased customer demand, two more 100 T Presses have now been added taking the total to 14 machines.
