About the job

We are looking for an experienced (Min 15 years) Production Team Leader to drive the Production Management System and achieve business objectives through effective execution, people leadership, and process control. The role requires strong technical knowledge in plastic injection molding and a hands-on approach to managing production lines and teams.

Responsibilities

Production

  • Achieve Production Objectives of the Company 
  • Achieving Production plan within budgeted norms and adherence to process.
  • Achieve Zero defect - Reduction of rejections (in house / COPQ)
  • Enhance Machine Performance. (Preventive and Breakdown maintenance).
  • Training to personnel for improving Functional / Soft skills.
  • Ensure 100% adherence without deviations to IATF standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Manpower Management (Motivation, engagement and Shop floor discipline). 
  • Drive 5 S, Safety, Continuous Improvement and other Process Improvement activities. 
  • Continuously monitor and control raw material consumption

Quality 

  • Achieve target of Zero Quality Defect.
  • In House Rejection - Rejection Quantity
  • Cost of Poor Quality - Rejection Value
  • Conduct Root cause analysis and take corrective measures.

Man Management

  • Responsible for Shop Floor discipline.
  • Motivate operators & staff and improve engagement levels in coordination with HR.
  • Inculcate a performance driven culture including giving feedback.
  • Improve Employee Productivity levels. 

Training

  • Identify Training needs for operators, quality inspectors and department staff.
  • Organize training on all aspects of jobs including soft / behavioral skills, Problem solving skills, Technical / Functional skills etc.

Enhance Machine performance

  • Carry out Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance as per schedule. 
  • Identify, address and reduce /eliminate machine downtime 

PRODUCTION Management Systems

  • Plan vs Actual - Daily /weekly/monthly
  • Consumption reports – Energy, Manpower, Raw material consumption 
  • Capacity Utilization
  • Machine Performance reports
  • Manpower Productivity

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Plastic Molding (Preferably from CIPET) BE / B Tech
  • Min. 15 years of total experience in Plastic injection molding industries
  • Fluent in MS OFFICE (Primarily MS Excel) 
  • Ability to read 2D / 3D drawings
  • Trouble shooting & Decision making

About the job

We are looking for an experienced candidate (min. 10 yrs) to join our Quality team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedure. This includes developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits and inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The senior engineer will also work closely with other departments to ensure that products meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in engineering and quality assurance, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily Quality Inspection activities (Raw Material/ Finished Goods)
  • Ensure all teams strictly adhere to TS 16949 processes
  • Carry out root cause analysis for all Quality issues
  • Train all personnel to achieve quality objectives
  • Conduct Monthly Management review meetings
  • Provide regular Management reports – rejection analysis, quality problems solved, OEE, Improvements carried out
  • Lead all certifcation eforts (IATF, ZED, ISO EMS)
  • Advice Plant head on how to minimize in-house rejection rate

We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee to join our Sales & NPD team. 

The candidate must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate from an Engineering college. 

If selected, the candidate will be the primary person to closely coordinate activities across all departments in the organization to fulfill customer requirements. 

Responsibilities

  • Track all new Enquiries (RFQ for manufacture of plastic components) 
  • Work with internal teams to determine feasibility of Enquiries
    • Closely analyze 2D/ 3D engineering drawings 
    • Conduct thorough engineering analysis to ensure enquiries can be fulfilled 
    • Work with Associate & Senior Engineers to prepare quotes
