We are looking for an experienced candidate (min. 4 - 6 yrs) to join our Sales and NPD team.

If selected, the candidate will lead the Sales & Marketing initiatives - The candidate must work with Associates & Trainees to meet the company goals.

The candidate must regularly meet TPI’s customers, ensure highest quality of all deliverables & consistently report back to the TPI leadership team. 

Responsibilities

• Process RFQ’s received from customer & share costing on time 
• Work with NPD Associates & Trainees to convert RFQ into Purchase Order 
• Support Tooling department in conceptualizing Tool design
• Negotiate commercials with customers to obtain Purchase Orders 
• Project Manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Prepare Project timelines 

• Regularly update timelines & share with customer 

• Ensure all projects are completed on time 
  

Candidate Profile

• Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mechanical/Production/Industrial)
• Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in Manufacturing company
• Must have exposure working with Plastics Raw Materials
• Must have exposure to plastic injection tooling
• Fluent in MS OFFICE (Primarily MS Excel) 
• Ability to read 2D / 3D drawings
• Good Communication Skill (English & Tamil)
• Must be within 30 mins by bike ride to the factory or willing to relocate

About the job

If selected, the candidate will be the primary point of contact to interact with our global customer base. The candidate must work closely with operations teams on TPI & customer side to process new enquiries & coordinate existing projects. 

Responsibilities

• Explore feasibility of RFQ’s received from customer
• Work with operations teams to prepare Tooling & Component costing  
• Diligently obtain & document necessary approvals for all costing documents 
• Prepare M&M / DFM and obtain customer signoff
• Support Senior Engineer to conceptualize Tool design
• Collaborate with PPC / Production and other departments for Trials and prepare Trial and layout report
• Obtain pre-production sample (as per customer requirement) approval for commencing regular production
• Maintain end to end complete documentation for each project

Candidate Profile

• Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mechanical/Production/Industrial)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Manufacturing company

We are looking for an experienced candidate (min. 10 yrs) to join our Quality team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedure. This includes developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits and inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The senior engineer will also work closely with other departments to ensure that products meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in engineering and quality assurance, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily Quality Inspection activities (Raw Material/ Finished Goods)

• Ensure all teams strictly adhere to TS 16949 processes

• Carry out root cause analysis for all Quality issues

• Train all personnel to achieve quality objectives

• Conduct Monthly Management review meetings

• Provide regular Management reports – rejection analysis, quality problems solved, OEE, Improvements carried out
• Lead all certifcation eforts (IATF, ZED, ISO EMS)

• Advice Plant head on how to minimize in-house rejection rate
  

Candidate Profle

• Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mechanical/Production/Industrial)

• Minimum 10 years experience in Automotive Manufacturing company

• Must have exposure working in Quality assurance role

• Fluent in MS OFFICE (Primarily MS Excel)

• Ability to read 2D / 3D drawings

• Knowledge of 7QC tools & Quality instruments

• Good Communication Skill (English…3/5 || Tamil 4/5)

• Must be within 40 mins by bike ride to the factory or willing to relocate
